Please be aware that we're unable to take responsibility for address changes that occur after your items have been fulfilled. However, we're more than willing to provide you with information and guidance on how to make adjustments with the USPS or your chosen carrier. Your satisfaction is essential to us.

Returns Policy

Damaged Items:

In the unfortunate event that your comb(s) arrive damaged, please email us an image of the damaged box, as well as the damaged comb(s), to hello@103hair.com. This allows us to assess the situation and ensure you're taken care of promptly.
